The Harris AC/ACT series of Advanced High Speed CMOS Integrated Circuits is comprised of a broad range of logic types equivalent in performance and speed to FAST,AS (Advanced Schottky),and S(Schottky)bipolar types,but superior in that they require substantially less power in logic operations. Each CMOS circuit function is offered in two basic logic series,as follows:
CD54/74ACTXXX-Serles Types. These types feature TTL input-voltage-level compatibility and, using the same stan-dardized pinouts, provide reduced power-consumption alter-natives to the very high power consumption of the FAST,AS, and S bipolar logic series types.
CD5474ACXXX-Serles Types.These types feature CMOS input-voltage-level compatibility and, using the same stan-dardized pinouts, provide enhanced system performance (better system noise margin) at speeds similar to those of FAST,AS,and S logic series types.
The AC/ACT tamily consists of a comprehensive set of octal butiers, octal latches. octal flip-flops, octal transceivers in both the classic 200 series pinout and the newer 500 series flow through pinout. In addition, selected 551 inverters, gates, flip-flops, Schmitt triggers, plus selected MSI counters, registers, multiplexers, decoders and arithmetic functions are inoluded for well over 100 circuits, in both the ACTandACseries.
